Payment is completely secure on the Bon Parfumeur website thanks to our partnership with Shopify Payment and the 3D Secure System, which helps combat payment fraud. We pay great attention to the processing of personal data; we do not store your credit card information, and the information is sent directly and exclusively to our banking institution Stripe, recognized for its reliability. When you pay on our site, the transaction is completely secure. A small padlock appears at the bottom of your browser or at the top of your screen near the search bar to indicate this. The banking information you provide is encrypted and will never circulate unencrypted over the Internet.

Your credit card will be charged at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email indicating the amount charged to your payment method.

Yes, we offer 3 interest-free installments through our partner Alma for orders over €50 to the following countries: France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and Italy. Payment in installments is not possible below this amount. To take advantage of this option, simply select the “3 interest-free installments” option at the checkout stage. You will then be redirected to our partner Alma to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments over 90 days.

During checkout, you can add your discount code in the dedicated tab. If you're trying to place an order from your mobile phone, you'll need to click the "Details" button at checkout to enter your discount code. You can change your delivery address directly when placing your order. You will always be asked to confirm your delivery address when placing your order. Additionally, you can directly edit your saved addresses from your customer account. Log in to your account, click on "View addresses" and then "Add a new address" or modify an existing one using the "Edit" button.

After validating and paying for your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been registered. DELIVERY & RETURNS

No, we do not yet ship worldwide. Currently, our fragrances only ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If you are not in one of these shipping areas, we will be happy to provide you with a list of our stockists here .

In France and Monaco: Mondial Relay delivery is free for all orders over €50. Below this amount, a delivery fee of €3.90 will be applied to the order.

In the European Union:

For the following countries : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain: Mondial Relay delivery is free for all orders over €50. Below this amount, a delivery charge of €4.90 will be applied to the order.

For the following countries : Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden: standard delivery is €6.90 for any order over
€50. Below this amount, a delivery charge of €6.90 will be applied to the order.

In Switzerland: Standard delivery costs €25 for all orders.

In England: Standard delivery is free for all
orders over €50. Below this amount, a delivery charge of €6.90 will be applied to the order.

In the United States: Standard delivery is €4.90 for
any order over €50. Below this amount, a delivery charge of €9.90 will be applied to the order.

Our delivery policy may change for some
products or certain special offers. In such cases, you will find the applicable delivery policy on the product or offer page concerned.

It depends on your situation. We ship European orders from France. Therefore, some destinations may apply customs duties when importing French products. This is particularly the case for Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Albania, Montenegro, etc.

Orders to the United Kingdom and the United States are shipped, with some exceptions, directly from the country of delivery. This reduces delivery times and eliminates customs duties on these orders.

We remind you that the customer is considered the importer of the product when placing an order on a foreign website. As such, it is your responsibility to inquire about the product import conditions in your country of delivery and to pay any import taxes required by customs. Bon Parfumeur cannot be held responsible for import fees related to an order.

Through our online store we offer two to three types of deliveries

In France: Delivery to collection points: your order will be delivered directly to the collection point of your choice within 3 to 6 working days from dispatch via Mondial Relay. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive the shipment confirmation email.
Standard delivery: Your order will arrive at your home within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch via Colissimo. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive your shipment confirmation email.
Express Delivery: Your order will arrive within 1 business day of dispatch via Chronopost. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Your order's delivery time begins when you receive your shipment confirmation email.

In the United Kingdom: Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive at your home within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail 2nd Class or 1st Class. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive your dispatch confirmation email.
Express Delivery: Your order will arrive within 1 business day of dispatch via DPD. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Your order's delivery time begins when you receive your dispatch confirmation email.

In the United States: Standard delivery: Your order will arrive at your home within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment via USPS or Fedex Ground. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive your shipment confirmation email.
Express Delivery: Your order will arrive within 3 business days of dispatch via FedEx 2nd Day. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Your order's delivery time begins when you receive your shipment confirmation email.

In the European Union: Standard delivery: Your order will arrive at your home within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch via Colissimo. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive your shipment confirmation email.
Express Delivery: Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch via Chronopost. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive your shipment confirmation email.

Please note that the order preparation time (between 1 and 4 working days) is added to the delivery times listed below. We do our best to ship your orders placed before 11 a.m. the same day, but during busy periods such as sales or Christmas, delivery times may be extended to 3 working days.

Yes, we now offer delivery to relay points, but only in France!
With this service, your order will be delivered directly to the collection point of your choice within 3 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch via Mondial Relay. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive the shipment confirmation email.

Occasionally, some confirmation emails may be delayed or filtered to prevent spam. If this is the case, please contact us at contact@bonparfumeur.com for more details on your shipment.

We generally ship all orders placed before 11am the same day. During busy periods, such as sales or Christmas, our processing times may be extended to 3 business days. This is exceptional, and we will notify you if this occurs. Please also note that during these exceptional periods, carriers are also doing their best to deliver on time. However, it is possible that they may extend their delivery times by one or two business days.

If you are not there when your order is delivered, our carrier may deliver your package to a collection point. Perfumes are designed according to an olfactory pyramid. When you spray a fragrance, the first facets you perceive are the top notes. No, we do not test any of our products on animals. Bon Parfumeur is committed to animal welfare and does not require its partners to do so either. Animal testing is banned in the European Union and has recently become non-mandatory in China. You are aware of our commitment to respecting the planet. From the beginning, we have categorically refused these tests and prefer not to open the sale of our products to a market that would impose them on us.
